Anyone interested in proposing a round table should fill in the Round Table Submission Form, which will be operational from February 15, 2016 through December 1th, 2016.

Before beginning the submission procedure, please consider the following sets of information:

  • The round table convenor will propose the title of the round table, submit an abstract of 200–300 words, and inform the organizers when the consent of 4–6 speakers has been obtained.
  • The number of participants and the format of the presentations/debates will be determined by the round table convenor and must be communicated to the organizers of the Congress.
  • Maximum duration for each round table is 2 hours.
  • Proposals for round tables will be published on the Congress website so as to enable the speakers to register.

Notification: December 15, 2016

Organizing committee will handle all correspondence with persons who proposed a round table and is responsible for informing convenors by December 15, 2016 whether their round table proposal have been accepted or rejected for the conference.
